WebToolMint prioritizes local browser processing, has no account system and does not intentionally store selected files in its own database.

Local browser processing

Text, calculations, random tools and most image work run on the current device. Downloads normally use temporary Blob URLs that the browser releases. Tools that need a network request or third-party component explain it on the page.

Cloudflare and necessary logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Network-time tools read the HTTP Date header from a same-origin static response and do not require a separate network-time Worker or Pages Function. Cloudflare may process ordinary IP, request-time and user-agent logs for DNS, TLS, security and delivery.

localStorage, cookies and PWA

Theme, favorites, recent tools, world-clock cities and some preferences can be stored in localStorage. The PWA caches public pages and static assets. This release does not enable marketing cookies.

Third-party components and device permissions

Some PDF, HEIC, QR or ZIP features load open-source JavaScript from a CDN, which receives ordinary network request information. Camera, microphone, screen recording, notifications, Wake Lock and vibration are requested only after user action.

Analytics, ads and affiliate links

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-QKXJWF50SS) for aggregate page-view and tool-interaction analytics. WebToolMint does not intentionally send filenames, file contents, passwords, JSON or QR content as analytics events. Google Analytics may use analytics identifiers depending on browser, region and Google settings. If advertising or affiliate links are enabled later, the applicable disclosure will be updated; paid links will use sponsored labeling.

Contact and choices

Clear this site’s browser data to remove local settings. Contact hello@webtoolmint.com for privacy questions, and never email passwords, private files or sensitive data.

Video tools

Local metadata, frame extraction and GIF conversion run in the browser. Direct URL inspection and downloads connect from the browser to the source server. WebToolMint provides no video proxy, stores no videos and does not send full tokenized URLs to Analytics.
